An artificial Transformer created by the Earth Defence Command (E.D.C.) using advanced Transformers' technology, designed specifically to combat the Transformers themselves. They are deployed to protect and eliminate the mysterious Transformer group, 'Legion', from the capital city, Tokyo. As of 2006, a total of 48 units are active, with 4 units assigned to each platoon within E.D.C. Tokyo. Individually, they possess autonomous thinking and action capabilities comparable to those of the original Transformers. However, due to the superior combat abilities of the enemy Legion, they can only match those abilities by kiss-fusing with human Kiss Players. Although they have a relatively gentle and hardworking nature, they can be quite overbearing. While they generally share the same personality traits, each unit develops slightly different characteristics based on their individual Kiss Player partners, as they operate independently. Unit 'Ne-04' switched its partner from “Shaoshao Li” to “Atari Hitotonari”. Upon its initial fusion with Atari, it exhibited berserker-like combat prowess. Additionally, it occasionally displays a reprimanding attitude towards its new partner.

When he fuses with ShaoShao, his two original photon lasers transform into a pair of tonfas, designed for close combat. Similarly, his favourite fishing rod merges with his arm to become a triple exhaust eliminator.

A young Cybertron with many aspirations, he became the new Cybertron leader, succeeding Convoy, who was killed in the 2005 Unicron War. After hurling Galvatron into outer space, Galvatron crashed on Earth, causing the destruction of a city. Overwhelmed with guilt, Hot Rodimus passed the Matrix of Leadership to Ultra Magnus and travelled to Earth alone. After passing through the anti-electron field installed around Earth by humans, Hot Rodimus's functionality was under critical strain. A mysterious group of Transformers known as 'Legion' suddenly appeared and attempted parasitech fusion with him. However, he was saved with a kiss from ShaoShao, a girl with Kiss Player abilities. This reformatting granted Hot Rodimus a new body and kung fu skills.

As the General Commander of the Cybertron army, he led his troop into battle but in 2005 he was killed during the Unicron War and his spark became one with the Matrix. His body was impounded by the E.D.C (Earth Defence Command) but a kiss from Melissa, a Kiss Player, revived him. Her abilities made Convoy an expert “knife wielder”. Can Convoy bridge the divide between humanity and the Transformers? Convoy’s body was restored with a mysterious Parasitech fusion which joined the Convoy unit with an Earth made artificial Transformer. The whereabouts of the other two units that composed him (Roller and Combat Deck), have not been confirmed.

Swindle BT-09

One of the first wave of evil Binaltech soldiers resurrected from the 'Bad Production Incident,' caused by the Destrons' takeover of the Binaltech Project. A specialist in black market trading and weapons manufacturing, he developed a modified Cosmic Rust tactical weapon and was responsible for triggering the Binaltech Project, which affected numerous Cybertron warriors. Although he appears to have a friendly and easy-going personality, he is actually an extremely greedy, self-centred opportunist. He added his own name to the top of the list of candidates to gain a Binaltech body, overriding the injured who should have been given priority.

However, to carry out a top-secret investigation crucial to the survival of the Binaltech Project, his consciousness was transferred to a transformable body made by Mazda. This provided him with a more discreet appearance and GT System-compatibility, resulting in his rebirth as a new Binaltech warrior. In conjunction with his partner, a replica automaton, he utilises his superior intelligence to execute dangerous missions with style.

The first Cybertron warrior to be restored through the Binaltech Project. With the exception of the quantum computer in his brain and his main weapon, he was completely re-engineered in Japan by Fuji Heavy Industries and STi to completely reproduce Smokescreen’s original functionality. In vehicle mode he can reach speeds of 230 km/h and fire smoke grenades from his tailpipe. He has always been able to dispel his comrades fears and anxieties and now his restoration is a huge encouragement to the rest of the Cybertron warriors and the development team.

In robot mode his backpack and the repulsion panels on his legs allow him to fly for short periods of time. Because of his recklessness, a complete backup system was put in place with a dedicated spare parts production line.

Despite his speed and manoeuvrability, Streak is not a warrior. His constant talking is tedious yet can ease tense situations but in reality he uses it as a shield to hide the emotional scars from past battles. Streak's body was built before the other Binaltech numbers but after an EDC audit and concerns over his mental state, his introduction into service was postponed. He proved his abilities through gruelling simulations and verbal examinations and was successfully returned to the line of battle.

As a strong supporter of the project, he is willing to test the new technology together with their accompanying risks. As well as his loyalty and bravery, he now has a higher level of perception thanks to high-precision sensors which have been installed throughout his body.
